Probably a couple days. I either put a little lemon juice or Italian dressing on it to keep it fresh.

that would be a great question to bring up at the next Tupperware party you attend. Bet you are not the only owner of Tupperware that has this concern.
I googled this and came up with a couple of sites that mention it and lists a number of peices by name that have safety issues. You might want to go dierctly to a Tupperware web site and see if there is information there.
